Shipping policy

How long does it take for us to ship out orders?

We take the greatest caution and higher quality measures to prepare your orders. Hence, order process will take 1-3 business days. For pre-order items, it will take 7-21 business days. After that, your order will be shipped out and we will send you a tracking number immediately. 

How long does it take for delivery?

All orders will take around 2-8 business days to be delivered. We will send you a confirmation email immediately after your order and another email after with the tracking number and delivery information when the item has been shipped out. Please note that our emails may sometimes end up in your Promotion or Spam inbox, so you may check there if you didn't receive it in your Primary inbox.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
